Uncle Jack’s Kitchen

I cannot rave enough about Uncle Jacks!!!! I’m so glad I finally tried this place. They made my wife and I feel like family.On to the food lol. The flavor and portions you get for the money is one of the reasons why we just became lifetime customers.I’ve had wings all over the US and these are officially in the number 1 spot. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We got the garlic Parmesan. The fish and shrimp were also amazing as well.Can’t forget the strawberry moonshine cake (which they gave us for free).Right before we left, they handed us another to-go box full of shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and broccoli (also on the house).This is officially one of my new favorite spots in Tyler.We even came back a second time that day with out twin boys and they said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had!!!

Oh my Lord, Uncle Jack's Kitchen was like striking gold. This was the best seafood and soul food I have ever tasted. I must say the have to be giving Crab Shack a run for its money. The atmosphere was so relaxed. The owner and waitress were really helpful and provided us with everything we needed. I will suggest this place to anyone. They have a huge list of foods. 5 stars 2 thumbs up. I was very pleased.

This Travel Foodie has found her paradise!Absolutely AH-MAZING Experience! The fried lobster was out of this world...wait when I think about it more...all of the food was out of this world. Uncle Jack's warm personality only made the visit so much better. I have definitely added this establishment to my visit if the best Seafood Spots in Texas! Stop by, you gotta give Uncle Jack's a try (and tell him, "Dem Deltas Girls Sent Me"....

Walked in at 6, didn't know they closed at 6. Offered to walk and come back another time. Jack and V made me feel welcome. Ordered three fillets and four shrimp. Damn great food. Should check this place out. Tell Jack Hi.

Was in Tyler on business and stopped by Uncle Jack's kitchen for lunch. A friend of mine recommended it and I'm so glad I was able to stop in! Uncle Jack was so kind and the fish was fried to golden perfection! crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. If you're ever in Tyler, I definitely recommend! I know I'll be back next time I'm in Tyler!

I had been told by several people to try Uncle Jacks, but I hadn't for one reason or another. Finally stopped in today and now I wish I'd done so sooner. There were a lot of missed opportunities for excellent food.Hands down some of the best catfish I've had. The breading was amazing and it was cooked perfectly. I will be back often.

Great place, super family and even better food. We both had the small shrimp box , which it was not small. My wife had the snowflake sauce and I had the sleezy sauce.Both sauces were excellent, but I really like the kick from the sleezy sauce. Cooked fresh so don’t be in a hurry, sit and talk with the family so very nice. Oh and if you leave hungry I really don’t know how. Stop by and give them a try. You’ll be glad you did. We were!

We learned about Uncle Jack's Kitchen from The Texas Bucket List TV program (also on YouTube). We knew we HAD to try it, since it was in Tyler ... on the way to our family in east Texas. So we tried it April 8, 2023 with my parents. We ALL LOVED IT!What's not to love right? First of all, Uncle Jack's wife was the sweetest person! They are both GOOD PEOPLE.Then there's the food of course. OMG! (it's so good, we are stopping there to eat on our way to family this weekend again! We need out Uncle Jack's fix!We had the catfish, shrimp and fish fingers. See pics. It was SO good... and we were really glad the Texas Bucket List told us to try the Sleazy Sauce ON our seafood too - Oh my goodness - it was AMAZING! We bought a bottle to take home and have been eating it on everything sinced then!There were 2 ladies that drove down from Dallas specifically just to eat there and they got the crab platter, which I now NEED to try! (that's what we're ordering today!) See the pic of their half eaten CRAB FEAST! I'm still glad we got the catfish and shrimp, because we know they are delicious! But crab is my favorite food, so I know we'll love it. I'll let you know, and take a pic before it's half eaten!You really SHOULD TRY this place. It may not look like much from the outside, but I guarantee you the food is most excellent! And the service and owners are great.ENJOY!
